We train the staff, do facility audits to maintain company standards, and take care of all billing and HR needs. We negotiate deals with credit card companies, payroll firms, insurance companies, and utilities. We help the facility staff work on marketing, phone skills, and customer service. We put in place policies for dealing with delinquencies and holding auctions. We prepare monthly financial documents and year-end paperwork needed for tax purposes. We work to improve the efficiency of every self-storage facility that we manage so the owners can rest assured that their investment is making money while they work on other projects.
